This is Montreal's City Hall by night. I love night pictures and I'm still testing my camera.
Now the history lesson :)
It was built between 1874 and 1878 on the site of a Jesuit church. A fire gutted the original building in 1922, and in the reconstruction the top floor and copper roofing were added. You can find the complete and interesting story of the building here

It is a very beautiful building to begin with, but the picture is also well done and exposed correctly.

This is a fine composition, beautiful night shot, I like the light and the roof, good contrast. The test are great so far....don't stop, well done.
