[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I was driving through the ruins of the Red Mountain mining district on the top of Red Mountain Pass between Silverton and Ouray. I stopped to have lunch right in front of this little waterfall that fell onto the road. By little I mean that this fall is only about 4 feet tall. I just loved the reds of the rocks and the greens of the moss and how they complimented each other, especially the red strip that runs behind the water. I sat around for about 45 mins. for a cloud to cover the sun so that the fall would not be over contrasty.

In PS I have adjusted the red saturation a little to make the red mineral stripe show through the water.

I hope you like it!
