Welcome on TE!
Your pic is very singular and quite abstract in a sense that the viewer's interpretation can be very different from one another I think. I like the colors, yellow and brownish. The composition seems very elaborate though I regret the large dazzling light on the top (takes to much space to my taste). What I like the most here: the pavement lines and the reflection on the puddle.
