This was at the Rade de Brest, just after one of those typical showers they are used to overthere... (Britanny)
We got wet, but then the sky was wonderful, with heavy clouds and a superb light trying to find its way through them.
This was taken with a compact digicam (Fuji F30), and exposed for the sky (-1EV exposure compensation). |

A nice picture of this harbour. The sun is at a useful angle without being overpowering. The darkness of the water is nicely balanced with the yellow shades of the sky. The cranes on the horizon add to a seaside port atmosphere. Well done.
