Photographer’s Note

The Restaurant is called "Pequeno Refúgio" www.pequenorefugio.net/ and is located in Viadal / Cepelos / Vale de Cambra, about 2:00 drive from Porto.

Here the food is plenty of tradition together with the amazing receipes that D. Lurdes dreams and, then, experiments.

The traditional 3-leg iron pot contained a very reach, tasty vegetable soup :)

On the workshop you will better notice the smal cups for drinking the local red wine, "vinho verde tinto", the big one are for the soup...

It's very difficult to describe the pleasure we got from this gastronomic journey... amazing!

Eh pá, não faças isso outravez! É que eu estou tão longe e não posso assim de repente ir ao restaurante que indicas!!! Só de olhar para a foto fiquei cheio de fome e de sede!!!
Só por isso já vale o comentário. A foto está bonita e com muito boa luz e cores.

Concordo com o comentário anterior, só de olhar se fica com fome... sede nem por isso... não gosto de vinho verde!:)
É bom haver sítios que de certa forma vão mantendo tradições!

Que rica sopinha....
Um dia ainda havemos de comer uma sopinha dessas na minha casa, com os legumes da minha horta...
Até faz abrir o apetite a quem está de barriga cheia!
