Photographer’s Note

Hello,
I persist and sign in my first big series of night clichés. This one is realized from my arrived on the scene, just to take the atmosphere.
We can see there from right to left, the height of the big palace, the Eiffel Tower, the obelisk and the National Assembly.

Hi Gaetan. This is an impressive image. I especially like the composition of the lights which form an offset triangle. I also like the the tiny hints of colour and the use of a small aperture to give good sharpness throughout and also make the lamps into starbursts. I appear to be out of smileys so I owe you one!

c'est magnifique , ce n'est pas pour rien que cette ville s'apelle la ville lumiere.

Très belle vue nocturne. La grande profondeur de champ nous fait profiter pleinement de toutes ces étoiles qui scintillent. C'est très bien réalisé, bravo.

Very well composed shot - impressive use of the shining lights. Firstly I thought that it is an extra wide angle night shot... The applied format is perfect!

Incredible nightshot! I am a nightshot love and I can tell that it's one of the best i've ever seen! Great composition and almost panorama-like framing. Incredible "starglow" on the lamposts. If looks almost like b&w, and it has something "futuristic" to it at the same time. Congratulations!

Hi Gaetan! I like this very different look and perspective of the Eiffel tower, a refreshing look from the usual close-up shots. The B&W conversion also is a good choice. The light effects are also very eye-catching. Very good composition. rgds.
