Photographer’s Note
This shot was taken in susukino, the largest entertainment area north of Tokyo. I was taking photo after photo of people crossing the neon soaked crossing when this woman decided to pose for me whilst being dragged along by her partner. It made for a quite dramatic shot i think. There were more neon covered buildings in the background but I felt they were a little cliched, out of focus and detracted from the subject which is this drunken young lady.
