Photographer’s Note
Xmas has landed in HK.
On Statue Square, the huge city-Xmas tree has reached high into the sky again.
This year, a huge'issimo heart tops the tree.
Like a titan-heart beating and pumping in the sky-artery of the electric city.
And for me, an oversized heart like a megaphone to say loud and far : I LOVE HK.
Without a tripod at hand (or should I say at foot?), I increased the ISO to the max of the D200 range, i.e. 1600. Hence, the visible noise, even after a careful NeatImage brushing!
Go to the workshop for a wider scope on the three titans: the hearted-tree, Jardine House Building, and IFC Building

Hello Anne Marie,
I like this composition, with the tree and heart between the two skyscrapers. The giant heart is certainly an unusual topper, and you did a good job with no tripod! I like the workshop view, also, maybe even a bit more, because we can see more of the tree, and I personally like seeing the whole thing. :-)
