Another shot from Looe taken later as the colours were fading in the sky. The position of the image is at the far end of the bridge looking diagonally across, if you are looking at my 'Looe Bridge Ahead' image.
Sadly I got set for this picture just as a boat was docking and the waters had begun to ripple, they were stiller but I think the colours are still nicely presented.
I am unsure whether the lights around the harbour are the Christmas lights, I doubt it, but they do add a good light around the town in the evening, giving a nice calm atmosphere.

Please see what you think of my other Looe shots, as they give other views of this lovely Cornish fishing town.

Hi James, another lovely shot from Looe.I like the rippled water as it adds interest with another texture, and the lights from the pub reflected aid the composition.I especially like the string of lights that go right across your picture. I am pleased to see the buildings in the shadows too.Regards Jean

Hi James

It's lovely revisiting familiar scenes through your pictures. It does seem that we are drawn to the same places and see them similarly through the eye of a camera. This night shot is spectacular, very colourful and atmospheric with a very good degree of sharpness and detail. The sky is amazing, so too are the reflections on the water. Well seen and well presented. Best wishes, Vicky
