Dear Friends...
At the end of the day it is time to follow the Source of Life at Chicureo, located some 25 km North of Santiago, the capital of Chile.

"Sometimes I do get to places just when God's ready to have somebody click the shutter. -Ansel Adams"

Hope you enjoy.

Very good...

that's a very beautifull sunset
it seems in this moments that God is giving us a present:)

congratulations
nuno

Great silhouette, little foreground with this dramatic sky. I like how the shy colour transition ranges from orange to indigo. The frame also works very well. TFS Rodney

Hi Robert,

What an amazing looking sky!
It looks like the sky is on fire here, a very beautiful sunset.
Fantastic colours and a great frame.

Hi Robert,

Amazing shot!
Fantastic sky in your picture, I love the colors and POV.
Congratulations,

Javad.

Fantastic shot Robert! The colors look unreal--if I hadn't lived in Chile I wouldn't believe it. You got great cooperation from the clouds, and the angle you took the picture from is perfect. I love how the clouds look like a highway going off in the distance. Wonderful photo. Thanks for sharing.

Fantactic sky, a feeling of explosion and fire all over. Very well done it is like a marvelous vibrant painting.

Hi Robert
Impressive colouring. It is very dramatic indeed and the sweeping impact of the light and cloud formation leads us into the scene. The firey colours look like modern art work. Good silhouette, and a distinct style emerging here. Well done.

H Robert,
Very nice colrs in this pic.
The red creates great dynamic, and I like your choice to include the trees.
Very nice,
JB.

HOla Robert
Hermosa puesta de sol
me gusta mucho las silhuetas de los arboles contra ese cielo coloreado.
Saludos
Daniel

You certainly get some dramatic sunsets in your part of the world. The vivid colours are stunning. You chose just the right amount of silhouetted foreground. Your quotation is very appropriate.

Hi Robert,
You have many beautiful shots of the Chile landcsape in your gallery. This one is spectacular. The colours of the sky are amazing and I like the silohuettes of the trees in your composition.

Well Robert, looking at your portfolio- it seems that you have EXPLODED onto the TrekEarth scene... great shots- and climbing quickly in the ranks. With shots such as this- it's of no surprise to me.

Very eye catching. Beautiful colors, excellent levels, sharp detail and a top notch presentation.

I look forward to seeing more of your work!

It's always a little danger with too much contrasts Robert as the result in the end comes out maybe a little too strong in the setting. So much about tech still this sunset is very striking in the deep saturated result. A fine compo with a good capture of the 'lined clouded sky'.

Hello Robert,
There is a lot of drama in that sky!
I like the composition with stron emphasis to the sky, but still with significant ground in the bottom...
Good silhouettes, contrasting the burning sky very well!
Greetings,
Pablo -

Hi Robert,

Excellent capture. Very good colors. Fantastic sky. TFS
Kind regards

Good day Robert.
What marvellous colors. You apparently live in the most splendid of places. To see these colors so frequently I can't imagine your satisfaction with your surroundings. The effect of the clouds streaming across the sky towards your lends looks as if it was shot with a nice wideangle lens. A great job. The silhouetted trees add a nice contrasting texture to the smooth lines of the sky. Very good shot friend.
Regards,
Chris.

Hi Robert,
Fantastic sunset I love the little bit of gold and yellow at the bottom left really softens the dramatic red. The trees and distant hills add nice definition.
