Nice shot Olga! I particularly like the way you've layered your composition - sky/ background/ foreground, and it's classically arranged in thirds too! That cloud top-right provides a nice focal point. A few suggestions though, firstly the colour balance feels a little cool to me - maybe try running AutoColor and see what you think, personally I think it improves the foreground, but neutralizes the sky a bit too much ;) My main concern is that I'm not sure the foreground is quite strong enough to carry the scene. I think getting a bit closer would have helped, particularly if you could place something interesting in the foreground - as it stands this would make an excellent background for a magazine article on Rwanda though! Good note too :)

P.S. If you want more feedback on your shots, then I've found writing critiques is useful - I'm not sure, but I think comments are not shown by default, so some people might not be seeing what you're writing! Critiques don't have to be long and in depth, but at the very least try and work out why an image appeals to you - then write that! If nothing else, you can use that knowledge to improve your own shots - I know I try to ;) If you can think of useful suggestions for improvement, then even better, but check to see what kind of critiques the other photographer writes - generally people write what they want to read...
