Saw this snake charmer show on one of the streets of Baliya, Uttar Pradesh. Inspite of this being illegal, these animals continue to be kept captive and tortured this way by the so-called "snake charmer". Such shows aren't as common as westeners think but are frequently seen at tourist places visited by foreign tourists.

this b/w image is captivating to me because of how you have used the light here. good details. tight composition certainly draws my attention to the main subject here.

oh, so those cobras are defanged! no wonder those snake charmers can do a dangerous stupid jobs, huh?
picturewise, this is a well detailed one and the choice of BW is apt.
