This is another picture from the exotic kasbah, the ait benhaddou, near Ouarzazate. This is taken inside the kasbah itself.
Ait Benhaddou is now listed as an UNESCO World Heritage site. It has been in a few films, including Gladiator, Kundun, and Lawrence of Arabia, among others. It is situated in the middle of a very barren, almost lunar looking piece of land, although right in front of it there was a creek with a patch of oasis.
