Photographer’s Note
This one I took spending a day at the dunes of Oostvoorne. It was early October when nature was still much greener than it is today. During my walk I noticed this small lake and I liked the reflection the trees made on the water.
Here's some info of the area:
The area around Oostvoorne is home to some of the first dunes ever created - several thousand years ago - on the side of the rising sea, at the mouthes of the rivers Rhine and Meuse. The Dunes van Oostvoorne, laying west of the village Oostvoorne in the province South-Holland, were washed away by storms and floods. They rose again about 800 years ago, and as a result we can call them young dunes.
A rich variation of landscape is characterized by these dunes: we can find sandy hillsides, humid dune-valleys with a rich herb population and poplar woods.

Hello Nel,
The reflection is very eye-catching!
As usual the reflection of the sky is better than the original...
Peaceful landscape, well composed image with good details!
Greetings,
