Photographer’s Note
This wall is part of a very ancient fortress, placed in one side of Rio Alqueva, near "Aldeia da Luz". By this time this place is probably submerged with the rise of the water that belongs to the new Alqueva Dam. Just for curiosity, they were placed large bags filled with sand, near the base of all the wall of the fortress, in order to sustain it from the water pressure. You could ask why, if it's going to be submerged? The idea is that we don't know how the dam will be in 200 years, so the fortress can be above water, again, in a far future.

Nice colours and composition.
A little overexposed, but still nice to look.
