Photographer’s Note

An automnal view of the Tarentaise valley, north french Alps, close to the italian border. The summit on the left is the Mont-Pourri, one of the highest peak of the Vanoise range (3670 m). On the right of the Mont-Pourri, a pass named 'le Grand Col' (3000 m). This is a was to reach the other side where stands a ski resort, Les Arcs. On the right of the pas, the first walls of 'L'aiguille Rouge' (3200 m).

The view is shot from the other side of the valley, just below a tiny and beautiful village named 'Le Monal' (1850 m).
