| I thought long and hard before posting this photo. I like the concept and the colours (no adjustment made, actual light). In retrospect, I wish I had more reach to really bring my subject into the foreground. However, by the time I made my way closer, he was gone. The leading lines do bring you into the subject but there's a fair amount of distracting foreground. |

That's a pretty strange light it must be said......I appreciate this image as much because of the connection of having the privilege to vist BC twice this year and stayed up from here at Sechelt for a few days...so I'm sorry no erudite comment on the image ...just an emotional connection...did i say 'just'.........

Nice shot Don;
It's like Andy Worhal meets nature! Great metallic feel to the image especially with the copperish tones. Nice work Don- it's good to have you back.
I've sent you an e-mail with some details of the TE meet.

My word, what amazing colors!
To place the figure "perfectly" would make this lovely photograph into a postcard. I prefer it as it is.

Great shot! I like the lines leading vertically into the frame, and drawing my eye to the people in the middle ground and the background. Great tone also, which really allows the forms to take centre stage. Well done!
Hi Donald. Great photo. You have caught a lovely light in this shot. The figure standing staring into the water adds a sense of mystery to the image. Well composed and presented. Thanks for sharing.
Cheers, Paul.
