Photographer’s Note
This is the Perito Moreno Glacier in Argentina. There are a number of viewing platforms to give you various views looking down onto the glacier. The boat ride is well worth taking as it gives you a completely different perspective. You also get close up to the flaoting lumps of ice that have broken off, usually with dramatic effect.

It's each time seeing this again marvelous! I hope I can manage to go there before this won't exist any more. Ice and snow are always hard conditions to take photos - danger of getting overexposed.

Good shot, I love this landscape, incredible. Well composed shot and nice shades of blue. I saw a shot of Santa cruz in a photography exhibition called 'Earth from the Air' an incredible collection of images taken across the whole world. The shot of Santa was one of my favourites, such a bizarre landscape.
