Photographer’s Note
The Netherlands are famous for their flowers, specially the tulips. They export billions of flowers into the world, and here you can see the fields as they grow. The entire region is a colourful paintbucket in spring! No need to paint your Eastereggs anymore if you take a trip to that part of Holland around this time of the year...
This picture is taken near the Keukenhof, a floral garden and big tourist attraction near Leiden. This flower garden is all about such colourful springflowers as tulips and daffodils and many many more. It's open from March 25th until May 20th. Therefore I guess that is the main season to see the flowers bloom. It depends on the weather too of course, but I would advise you April for a visit. It's not too far from Amsterdam by the way!

Cet étalement de plans et de couleurs est réellement superbe.
La composition est simple mais c'est ce qui fait son efficacité ici.
J'aime vraiment beaucoup le graphisme que cela donne au final.
Bravo, Mina !

An explosion of colors in this wonderfully geometric shot, Mina. Great use of lines, and I enjoy that they are slightly tilted and not fully horizontal. I might have been tempted to clone out that car (?) in the back but on the other hand it is totally dwarfed by the splendor of this view anyway ;-) Well captured!

Mina, this is so artistic it is almost unreal. Fantastic abstract geometry painting. Only a pity you didn't manage to combine the two sets of fields with lines running in different directions in a more balanced manner. It would be worth it to go back for.

c'était il y a trois ans la mode bailladère. C'est complètement dépassé ! ;-) (bravo)

These shots with tight cropping isolating parts of the landscape and not the whole to me always seem to have tremendous impact. The composition required more thought than just taking the photo. I like it!
