Hi Frank,
You got a very nice POV here, the water curtain and the mist are well captured and the balloon gives the extra zest. The people looking from the vista point are a welcome addition to emphasize the size of the falls. However, I thought that the colors are a bit on the blueish side and that the contrast could be higher. I did a little workshop to illustrate what I had in mind, hope this is fine with you.

I can appreciate this photo very much, because I have been on the "Maid of the Mist" many times. (Did you use a waterproof camera?) :) Very well done!
