Photographer’s Note

Hello again,
I'd like to continue to show some of my shots of Burma/Myanmar.
We walked through the rainy streets of Yangon, just visited a flower and fruit market and the Sule-Pagoda.
That we saw those friendly ladies sitting at a big road with so stinky emissions around and trying to sell their corncobs.
A tiny idyll amidst the crowded road.

I hope you like my two ladies - we have not eaten a corncob but they were happy to receive although some money - they were so lovely.

einen maiskolben esse ich schon gerne, aber gegrillt?

I have eaten roasted corn bought from street vendors in Asia. This is a wonderful daily life scene. I love the facial expression and natural looking tones of your two ladies. Well composed with superb sharpness. Best regards. Danilo

This picture really touch my heart,it remembers me a lot of my childhood when I was
living in east JAVA.I use to buy them on the street as well,either cooked or grilled and they really taste great!By the way,this is a great and a sharp shot,Beleuchtung und einrahmung ist einfach perfect.

Nice natural street scene from Rangoon, I just wonder why you gave them money and didnt eat the corn cob. Looking forward to more shots from your Burma trip
