Photographer’s Note
This is Boston's highest building, the John Hancock Tower viewed from the sidewalk below it. The clouds that day looked so nice and soft that they created an otherwordly appearance to the tower.
Scanned image with no special post-processing. I just removed some dust particles and adjusted brightness/contrast a tiny bit.

An interesting framing, j'aime l'angle of catch of considering and the reflection of the clouds on the lathe. well considering.

I like that you included just a bit of another building to give some play to the negative space. The building appears almost transparent in the lighting you have captured here. Nicely executed.

Ahh, a great day to capture this building. This is what it was designed to do. To reflect and blend into its surroundings. And it does it nicely here. When I opened this I was glancing in the other direction and out of the corner of my eye the building really did seem invisible. It's a great angle. Gives the building a great sense of height and really captures the reflection beautifully. Nicely done.

Funny, M.C. Escher's works come to mind when I look at this photo. Very nice cloud formations. Did you use a haze filter here?
