Photographer’s Note
....chin....ch..ching....bloop...ding..ding..ding.
Ah, the sounds of the one armed bandit...or the many buttoned bandit now. Ripping the guts out of the pubs of Australia.
Still, it means the beer's cheap, if you can fight your way past the pensioners blowing their cash on the demon pokies, and you can get a steak dinner on a Tuesday for AUD$5.
The Geebung-Zillmere RSL. North Brissy - right near the train station.
The sky over the top looked kinda cool that evening, too. I just cropped this a touch, tried to brighten the foreground a bit, but I'm also hopeless with PS.
Cheers

Adam take a copy of the photo and save it well away from the one you want to keep. Now get your program out and fiddle with as many copies of the shot as you want until you start to get the hang of just what the darn icons actually mean.Just remeber to use save as even with those shots so you still have the original and the one you have just 'fiddled' with can be compared to it. Havent been in Brissie at night in years,a few very early trips over the last year but all comming from the west. I went up to Bli Bli to visit friends a few years ago and wondered where the highway had gone it had changed so much.
Nice shot.
