Photographer’s Note
This is a photo taken at about the middle of the Brooklyn Bridge. It is a really cool bridge, because the pedestrian walkway (on the left) is right in between and on top of the two traffic lanes. The oncoming traffic is out of view on the other side of the walkway.
I decreased highlights in "Highlights/Shadows" and played around with levels to try to minimize the big light in the middle of the frame, and bring out the lights in the buildings in the back left. The red stripes at the bottom right are the tail lights of cars, blurred over time.
I'm not sure if the noise in the middle is due to a dirty lens or "lens flare", but I thought it looked cool, so I left it.
Does anyone know why that one car's tail lights are dotted, instead of a continuous line? This was the only photo that showed this effect.
Thanks,
Mike

Dear Mike,
I don't know about the dotted lines but these lines bring a lot in the shot.
The POV is very well chosen.
Unfortunately, there is a lot of noise in the sky. What level of ISO did you use ?
Maybe a longer exposition and less ISO would have resolved this issue.
Thanks for sharing,

Hi Mike,
Maybe there is a little of noise in the sky... but everything looks to be in it place!... fantastic night shot of a place usually chosen for day shots but not for night shots.. I think you've made a fantastic work. And I agree with Ohe, I don't know about what made this dotted lines, but it is a great touch for a fantastic picture. Great work
