Photographer’s Note

Generally, Zebra are very wild creatures, even though quite common in our game reserves. We had been to a work function, and were very surprised to be surrounded by these Zebra, as well as some smaller antelope, that were exceptionally tame, coming up to eat out of your hand of give you a nudge for fun. These two were looking for some crumbs on the floor - left me with the impression that they had lost something. Have you ever found yourself looking on the carpet for that earring that went missing??

Tech: Sharpened, increased contrast and converted to B&W. Added a small frame. Hope you like it.

Apparently they lost their contact lenses ;-)) A very beautiful shot of those two zebras, the details and contrast are just perfect and I like how the mane of the left one almost looks like a punk hairdo. It looks very nice in b&w, but I wouldn't mind some green grass around them either. Good shot, Judy.

A voila une idée qui a du ressort. Un redu noir sur blanc sur une image N/B ce qui donne une image plutot originale. Bien et bravo car y fallait y penser Judy.

Good composition. The posing zebra with the lines behind them makes a very good photo. Works really well in black and white too. The added contrast is very good, and I like the frame.
