Photographer’s Note
Sorry - I know it's bad - It won't happen again - Ok not before next 1. Of April ;-)
--------------------------------------------------
Second note! - This was a very spontaneous shot - I got the Idea some time ago - and on the way home from work I suddenly realised that this should be the day.
Thanks everybody for the nice comments - I'm glad if it gave you a laugh and a smile - And you right Norbert, this surely not a example for a book of photography ;-))
The beautiful stones coming from China – Cheers : -)

I just KNEW there was water on Mars! i like the colored stones, too. they must have been polished by river currents or ocean waves, no? Effective depth of field here Jeppe!

Well, I suspected there was water on Mars. But I didn't know there was fallen leaves - and spring, with green grass and all. And according to your coordinates Mars is on Fyn. That's also news. And your telescope also caught some nice stones up there, which are very sharp considering the distance!
What a pity I already posted my 1 April posting. I didn't think of the opportunity it was to post the shots I have from my last visit to the moon.
Good that we have you to think of such things, Jeppe.

So the moon is made of cheese and Mars is made of chocolate. Earth is begining to look very boring. Beautiful cqapture I am thankful you took such risks to enlighten us all about the real Mars.

If both water and Mars are in the title why are they blurred then? :-)) Ok, nice joke, happy April 1st :)

Very funny Jeppe, I like it every year because it is bang on my birthday. I knew there was something on MARS. The pebbles however caught my attention and they are really nice with each one being a different colour and all.

LOL
A distinctive Jeppe shot. I won't praise your composition, your DOF or your use of colors here, and your note is not useful either. Let me just give kudos to another proof of your creativity. Great fun.

Funny, great imagination Jeppe, I love it.
The addition of the polished stones are a fine little puzzle here, are they the other planets?

As torben said, those pebbles are the other planets looking with envy --a colorful envy-- how mars has that much water. They are having a discussion how to take advantage of it.
A very funny shot.

He, he - I cannot understand how I could miss this one. Very original and funny - like the funny guy who took the picture. I like the stones in the foreground but I prefer Bounty when it comes to chocolate.
