Photographer’s Note

These are 4 of the 5 type of Hibiscus I found in
Sicily and actually:

Orange - Salina Island
Pink and Red - Villafranca Tirrena
Yellow - Gesso

The missing one was also pink but full colored
The blossom of such a flower happens during the whole August and sicilian people are very proud to see their cretures photographed as the turistic attraction they really are !

Hi Damberio,

what a wonderful photo! I´m wondering why you didn´t get any points for that by now ...
I love these flowers ... you can find them everywhere around the Mediterranean ... unfortunately, in my country it is too cold in winter for Hibiscus!
Also nice title, very original! Well done!
