Photographer’s Note
In this alpine fjord-landscape the mountain tops is peeaking around 1000 meter's above sea level and the narrow and
steep fjords cut the landscape open to the Norwegian Sea, and Vestfjorden. Fishing lakes is scattered in thousans between them.
Kjellingstraumen itself is a tidal
stream (malström) where millions of tons of sea water passes twice a day, and the beauty of this spot alone is something you never forget.
