Photographer’s Note
This is the stairway at Ste-Anne Canyon Falls that consists of more than 160 steps down where it will lead you to the Laurent Bridge of this magnificent falls.
In July 1995 with the construction of the Laurent Bridge, everyone can have access to the heart of the gorge, looking up to see the height of the wall of rock surrounding them. And what can be said about the contrast between the roughness of the rock and the grace of the cascade facing the bridge.
(You can see these rocky walls in my other picture in my gallery)
___
It was a pretty scary experience standing on the brigde because the rapidly strong waves and currents of the falls were gushing right beneath your feet. Look straight down and you might feel a little tremble down your spine.

Hi Stephanie,
Good composition and well captureed harmony between the nature and wooden stairs. The view is so inviting as we don't see end of the stairs. I don't see any cascade here so I must trust you on that tremble down the spine :)

Very good composition Stephanie. I like how you have used the stairs to lead us into the photograph. I also like how you have included a lot of the trees above the stairs, showcasing the nice forest. I can just make out the bridge through the trees, which is interesting. It's a very pretty picture.

Hi Stephanie! Very good POV! The viewer can relate on how high and beautiful the place is just by looking at your photo. You composed the stairs very well, capturing the bends and placing them in the photo well. Looks like a very serene place! rgds.

Scenic shot you've captured here Stephanie. I like the blues and the greens here and also like the sharpening methods that you've employed here. Did you take another shot of the same scene, but also including a figure? Sometimes it's good to have this, but also it's not always needed such as here, but it's sometimes useful to have a comparison.
Thanks

Stephanie the switchback steps in this photo really adds so much to this composition. I like how how the hand rails leads the attention into the scene. Also good exposure control as well. Thanks for sharing!
