Photographer’s Note

It seams like the season for duck hunting started here.
Most of my Danish (fellow-)countryman (woman) post them by the number ;-)
I happend to take a walk by the little river called Odense å. The sun was low and the water full of great reflections. Moreover seams the mallards here too more tame and used to people taking pictures.
I took a lot of shots (as usual) and decided to post this one – hope you like it too.

Well, it's not just here in Denmark that the mallards are active and the mallard hunters likewise, just check out Robert's contribution, and he even got them *stacked*.. ;-))
This one's a nice capture with a clean reflection and nice catchlight in the eye. He's also one very contented-looking mallard ;-)

Lovely picture with a great reflection and nice colours Jeppe. Though I would like a little more space in front of him but that is a minor thing and not very important. Apart from that it is a very nice picture.

Great colors and detail, Jeppe. You captured a beautiful reflection here which is indeed as pin-sharp as if the fellow were cruising on top of a mirror ;-) Also a fine way of showing the natural surroundings and sky on the water surface. Well done.

Beautiful mallard. The mirror image reflection is wonderful and the "green" water provided a beautiful stage for this beautiful animal. Thanks for the bonus picture. Without any doubt, this one is a better picture. The workshop pic is a bit busy. Both are good pics though.
