The (double?) exposure of the man makes this photo interesting, with only the circles of fire it would be too abstract.
If possible I would like the man to be clearer in the photo (more contrast perhaps?) and I wouldn't hesitate to clone out the gleaming license plate in the background, or even crop the right side of the photo untill the man.
