Photographer’s Note
The Great Hypostyle Hall in Karnak. An Egyptian guard looking for naive tourists. He will try to persuade them, with mysterious voice, that he knows a column or obelisk "not far from this place, Mister", that are best photo targets. Of course it's a secret place :-). And then he will ask for some money for his helpful engagement.
This photo shows a little, how big and monumental this structure is. Picture doesn't show even a half of a column.

Hello Krzysztof! Very nice composition and the inclusion of the guard does help us appreciate how large the hall is. The sharpness seems very good too!
Very nice work!

What a stunning photo.
The textures and colours and light are all beautiful - these ruins are just amazing to me.
The inclusion of the guard and the tale of his cunning little tourist-trap adds a very important human element, both physically and mentally, to your work, as well as providing a touch of colour to an almost-monochrome scene.
Congratulations!

Greetings Krzysztof.
This capture is very nicely done. The inclusion of the man leaning against the column really does relate the size of these structures. It's amazing that they could be built thousands of years ago. You caught the right moment with the man looking away.
Well done.
