Photographer’s Note

Taken this morning in our garden. The Starling is a regular visitor and even though is taken much for granted in this country it's plumage is magnificent. Some sunshine would have improved the shot but the day was very overcast.
Cropped and sharpened with no changes to contrast.

A very good picture with very accurate focus and DOF. Why not a 3 points Smiley ??

The cloudy day has worked well here, as the colour and details on his feathers is well defined. Great depth of field, and marvelous focusing. Good work.

Pretty catch of sight Jax, this bird has splendid colors. Not easy to seize the birds, they are in perpetual movement. Good framing. Very well done Jax. You have chance to have a bird which comes to visit you!
Jolie prise de vue Jax, cet oiseau possède de magnifiques couleurs. Pas facile de saisir les oiseaux, ils sont en perpétuel mouvement. Bon cadrage.

Yes, they are beautiful, aren't they. I think you did a very good job here. He is sharp and he shows his colours the best he can with the missing sun. - I posted one with in the sun a few days back.

Belle prentation avec un judicieux cadrage. Beaucoup de finesse dans la photo et je pense que la prise na pas du etre de tout repos bravo c'est super.
