Photographer’s Note
Hot air balloon rides are an odd tourist atraction on Korea's Jeju island, since the balloon never really goes anywhere. The basket can hold up to twenty people. It rises a few hunfred meters above the land, sits there awhile and then desends. When not in use, the balloon floats high in the sky, attracting customers.

Great shot, I got some good cloud shots the other day with similar colours but the baloon makes all the difference.

Nice framing and good idea letting the sun and clouds dominate the scene. You notice the balloon is almost too dark, right? It's so dark that it actually takes away from the photo, for me anyways.
Here is a perfect shot(example) where bracketing would've saved the day. How it works is your camera will take a serious of photos at different exposures and you can merge these photos so the balloon will appear lighter(+ EV). Of course to have the framing work you would set your D70 to continous + braketing and hold the shutter down until the camera finishes those frames with your hands as steady as possible while taking them. I know it may be a little hard to understand this technique reading about it here. I can show you next time how to pull it off.
