Photographer’s Note

Summer Time! Taken off a ferry near Vancouver Island, the sun setting as the temperatures get cooler as well.

Vancouver Island is an outdoor adventure wonderland. Smiles normally break out on the ferry over to the island, where visitors will breathe easy, relax, and get ready to enjoy an escape into some of the finest wilderness North America has to offer.

Whether you call this photogenic city and spectacular island by the names Victoria, Victoria Island or Vancouver Island, this beautiful and westernmost region of Canada will continue to attract over 6 million annual visitors from around the world.

It's cool because you can drive your own vehicle onto the Ferry and spend time on the decks as you journey your way to this beautiful island.

I was lucky to have spotted whales on the way there. :)

Il est superbe ce ciel.
Un très beau contraste entre les couleurs chaudes du soleil et le bleu des nuages et de la mer.
Excellents pov et cadrage.
Une très belle lumière qui filtre à travers les nuages.

You've captured a beautiful sunset in here. It can be seen the sun rays passing through the clouds. The colors are intense and contrasting. Great picture. I invite you to see the theme sundown colors created by myself to others pictures of several members of TE and if you wish, you could add your picture to the theme.

i am taking a quick look at your gallery,
this is another rocking capture.
great colors, crisp and nitid contrasted image.
I like the reflection on water,
just a bit burned the brightest lighted areas.
