Awesome perspective and detail. I love close-up shots like this of objects. It takes a creative and skilled photographer to go and make a photo such as this. Two thumbs waaayy up! -Lara

Simple and elegant, what more could you ask for. Add to that the rich colours and detailed pattern and your composition is right on the money. I have taken a similar one like this in the past but it is strictly bright red. I have never come across a dark and coloured oned.
Nice work

Great framing here. Very nice pattern of the lines that seem to radiate from the lower third of the photograph.

Hi Elvis
Shame that there is no note with your photo.
Still, I love the colours and the lines of this image. This is the underside of a Japanese umbrella or sunshade I think... I can't think of the proper name for it right now.
It is a beautiful object. ^_^
Thanks for posting

As people posting comments before me said - it's great. I would love a note, but still I love the simplicity of this photo.
Best regards

Great capture - it really shows the intricacy of the parasol; the lines of the structure give great focus to the image; and the painted flower absolutely completes it. Beautiful - I can't stop looking!
