This snapshot of a cicada is taken in the red mountians (Massif de l Esterel) of France. This little guy was sitting on a tree. When you look at it from its backside, you can't see it. Here from the right side of the cicada it is still hard to see.

excellent document macro, une prise qui en montre un peu sur le mimétisme animal, l'art de se confondre au milieu.
Macro précise et pleine de qualités techniques.
J'ai justment posté une macro de papillon ce jour.

Excellent sharp macro. Love the sound of the cicada, always reminds me of summertime but especially of Greece.

Excellent snapshot of this insect we often hear only see on rare occasions.
The sharpness couldn't be better and composition is well too.
