Photographer’s Note
Hi, this is my first post on TrekEarth.
This photo was taken on my recent trip to Whistler, Canada. Taken from the peak of a Whistler Mountain (the view was fabulous). We rode ATVs up the mountain.
Although it was summer, there were still snow drifts higher than 20 feet. Being from Singapore, this is my first time seeing snow. Sure looking forward for more!

Hello Stéphanie,
Welcome to TREKEARTH ! Your first photography is a beautiful panorama, very impressive !
A little too much blue tones, that's the reason I propose a workshop.

Hi
This is an amazing mountain range in your picture. Well taken but I'd prefer to see it in a full glory - I'd just move the camera down a little to see more of the mountains. They seem to be more interesting that the sky.
Take care

I don't agree with benkrut's opinion of aiming the camera down. I think the composition is spot on, and I like the panoramic crop. I think the workshop from gramma also turned out nice taking out some of the blue cast, making the whites whiter. The noise in the sky might be from sharpening. You might want to try sharpening only the mountain next time so that you don't create more noise in the sky. Overall a very good shot.
Regards,
Ryan
P.S. Thanks for your kind words on my photo. Welcome to Trekearth!

Hello Stephanie ,
so this is the shot that started it all !
A wonderful view and capture,
maybe a bit oversharpened as we can see in the mounts contour.
Alberto.
