On aurait dit un ancienne photo, le noir et blanc est bien choisi et quels beaux yeux de la petite fille.

This is excellent--really beautiful tones especially in the girl and the dog. Her eyes are really haunting, they grab me emotionally. It's truly a portrait of poverty, the way you've set it so that we can see back into the girl's house, and even the dog looks downcast. Great textures set things off really well.

Very strong image. Funny how the door bends perfectly well with the dog and the girl. I could cry when I see it.

great image. I like the black-and-white format and the tonal range, in addition to the subject and the overall composition.
Very good example of journalistic photography.

Very strong image with social sensitivity. Visually I feel the image draws in the viewer who always comes back to the inside of the hut. Then the stick points to the window, which is dark, and offers no escape.
Outside also, the girl and dog seem to be blocked by wall and rock.

PS Au debut je pensais que en b&b la photo serait mieux mais finallement, en sepia au contraire de donner plus de "vie" il y a encore que plus de desolation.
Das Madchen, dr Hund, dies Steine, das geschlossene Fenster; benahe eine Holle.....
