Photographer’s Note
This is a detail shot of the town hall of Luedenscheid, NRW.
The town hall was built in 1964 and was renovated from 2003 to 2006. You can find it in the very heart of Luedenscheid, where town halls usually tend to be.
The renovation is still in progress so there will be more modifications comming up.
The town hall is part of the 'Sternplatz' (star's place - not the best translation, I fear) that is being redesigned.

Technical info:
As you can see, I used a warm-cold-filter to emphasize the height of the building. Normally the whole front of the building is bright white, except the commutator bars that are made out of acrylic glass (I presume).
