Nice shot! You've captured this old tram well, I particularly like the way the bold red paint on the lower half contrasts with the white of the upper - unfortunately it's not as sharp as I'd expect though. There's a fairly high amount of JPEG compression - which doesn't help, remember you can use up to 200kb - so perhaps try less compression next time? Also after resizing it's a good idea to sharpen your images to bring back the detail lost after resizing. Was the original sharper? If not, then it may be camera shake related. If you can, try a repost and see if you can get things sharper... Anyway a nice first post :)

Odlicna kompozicija! Jeste fotka je malo mutna, ali mozda bas to daje poseban shmek ovoj fotki.

Note the plate on the front ... "Geburtstags(ander)zug"
Geburtstag is Birthday ... this tram may be hired for birthdays and other celebrations. I've seen it out on the streets and it has both driver and conductor and is often bedecked with flags. I don't know how much it costs to hire.
I do hope Vienna never loses its tramway system. €12.50 for a week's travel on trams, buses, underground and trains in the zone ... that's fantastic value.
