If this was a girl breast, then it would have been beautiful. You missed a lot by making this piture too obvious. Tighter framing of the "breast" that would have made us think what is it that we really see, would have worked better. You have the eye, just go crazy with your framing, you are always too far from your subjects, and too straight in your framing.
