Photographer’s Note
Good Morning. Today is Vernal Equinox Day, but it a cold rainy sometimes snowy day in Tokyo Japan.
Morning at Shibuya Station of Tokyu Toyoko Line.
I took this picture in slow shutter speed 1/8, putting my camera on my left shoulder solidly.

I really like the static elements (the pink ad especially) interspersed with the motion-blurred travelers. Also nobody seems to have noticed you so it's like you're invisible -- very good. The composition, however, seems a little unbalanced.

Another undeservedly lost shot in T.Earth, 3 comments so far only !
I like this shot very much and praise the technical choices you've made (camera on your shoulder, how strange technique !!!).
Lovely color matchings between the train and the advertisement posters. Even though you explained your choices (springtime), this scene is too frantic IMHO to display subdued, muted colours.
I like very much Skorj's WS : unfortunate I can't select a WS pic as a favorite...

Amazing motion you've captured here. It's very representative of Tokyo - full of young fashionable people, people in a hurry, and most especially, beautiful graphics in advertisements. I will try to copy your technique - using the shoulder as a tripod. Thanks!!!

Fantastic. There is a wonderful manequin quality about the girl in the centre. Her eyes are stuck in a very strange way - so well caught! Surreal, I love it.
