Photographer’s Note

well this is in Koh Pangan, the 'Full Moon' morning. on the right (not in the photo) there are some ppl still dancing. And this taxi boad driver is looking for afterparty passengers.
I should have used flash in thei photo as the taxi driver came out too dark (right now its after some brightening).

The line through his head is distracting. you already know that his face is too dark. in fact the rest of the shot is exposed well. i think your only real option here would have been fill flash. He is placed well in the frame, and the water looks great.

I actually like this photo a lot because it's unusual. No one really care for these Taxi-Boat drivers anyway, they are just drivers, and the fact that you see the sign, but you don't see the face is what makes this picture so strong. Besides his face isn't completely dark, you see some details,
I think this is a great picture, well done.
