Very interesting subject and framing.
Beautiful and effective green color.
I like the very narrow DOF – but I just wished that the head was sharp, too...
Strange and very original shot. Very-very well seen and captured.

Impressionnante macro d'oiseau... Il est très rare de voir autant les détails des serres, du bec ... donc bravo pour le cadrage ! le côté intrigue "mais qu'est ce que c'est que cette boulette de papier ?" est amusante ... surtout venant d'un oiseau ! c'est une corneille ??

Wow, wow, wow, wow...
I'm normally not a fan of animal portraits, but your framing makes it as interesting as another topic. This is purely about photo and this is amazing!
A minor flaw is that I would have liked an aperture that would have put is eye into the sharp zone. But Once again the best framing i've EVER seen for a bird.
And oh yes, don't bother writing all these tekkie comments on the border of your frame. Better without.

Really amazing job you have done. I agree completly with Luko. Wow, Wow, Wow, wow...
The claws are so sharp, as well as the beek and the paper. I Wonder what it was writing, that it apperantly did not like, a poem mabye ;). The most intresting bird shot i'v ever seen.

An excellent shot, such clever framing. Better if the head was more focussed but still great. The tech details would be better in the notes.

This is the second interesting bird-photo I see today, wow.
Those feet and claws look really scary monster-like. I don't normally see these things in regular bird shots, it's different and it's very good.
I actually prefer the crumpled piece of paper to e.g. a mouse or some other prey since it shows the mechanical nature ot the birds agression making it even scarier.

Wonderful composition! I love the way you have included only the legs and head in it as well as the sharpness in center. The green background fits it perfectly. Great shot!
