Indianapolis Air Show, Mount Comfort, IN.
The Boeing B-17 Flying Fortress was used in WW 2 for daylight bombing raids over Germany. This is a "G" model called "Yankee Lady".
The owners were offering 10 minute rides for $250!

Hi Anand,
it's still a beautiful aircraft, this B-17!
$250 sounds a lot, but I think it's worth it.
Nice close shot showing the Lady in its whole length,

Hi Anand,
Sharp, colourful shot with strong wide angle of this old veteran. The wing almost sticks out of the screen. Great!

Hello Anand
Aaaah, the true beauty of aviation.
Warbirds, it's tragic that so few of them are left in flying condition.
Beautiful shot, you have managed to capture the full beauty and extend of this magnificient bird.
Correct me if I'm wrong but is this spesific plane the same as airfix used for their model of the B-17G?
Paint scheme is the same, amrkings the same.
