I like this shot Svetoslav; its very colourful and I like the old car. Its just a bit too "static" in my opinion.
Using a slower shutter speed would have injected a bit of blur into the spokes of the wheels and given a bit of a sense of movement. At the moment it looks like the car has been parked on the side of the track instead of being driven round it.
Alternatively you could have tried panning to blur the background, again to give the impression of movement.

Agree with Ben: the photo does not have any special features like blurred background or wheels in motion. Also, the driver himself is just a mediocre one, cannot add any value to the photo.
