Photographer’s Note
the famous boules in Grenoble. the fastest and least tiring way to get to the top of la bastille. i hiked up because the day was so beautiful and managed to get this shot. a hint of the beautiful mountains that surround the fabulous city as well.

Si je te comprends bien il ne faut pas avoir les boules pour prendre la Bastille :-)
Très belle lumière et un beau contraste pour ces petites notes de couleur dans le ciel.

Nicely done - the red gantries on the cable cars stand out strongly against the blue sky. Good composition, the inclusion of the mountains in the background is another good point.

Hi Dana,
very classic view of Grenoble but nice colours !
You could also chose another point of view from the bridge with the city and Belledonne in background.
Bye,
Jean-Luc

Hey , i did see something like this not long ago !
Nice photo ( a bit too small ..) of these boules ("bulles" should we say ? ).
J'espère que vous avez aimé votre séjour à Grenoble et que vous n'avez pas trop souffert de la chaleur !
Amicalement ,
