Photographer’s Note

Funny, I thought twisters had to do with heat, I have to reconsider I guess. A foreground is good for a picture like this but I think there is a bit too much of it here. I would crop the loader and keep the huose and pickup.

I agree some cropping is needed. The blurry black thing in the foreground is very distracting. Also more of a note could have been really interesting in this image. I too think it is bizarre that there is a tornado in the winter. I come from South Dakota and last summer we had 60 tornadoes in one day in my state and it was a very warm day, so therefore I think this annomally of nature deserves to be described.

You had me fooled for a minute until I read your notes in French that this was an icicle hanging from an overhead eve :-)
A good creative idea.Bienvenue sur TE Marc.

Love the title. Great inventive way to use an icicle. Well done.
If you allow workshops, I did one to eliminate the black foreground.

Ah - you didn't fool me, Marc. No tornados in the wintertime, as they need the warm ground to evolve. And I understand from other comments that you explain that in French. Funny - you fooled some of us. As for the photo as such, I'd crop off the lower part with the loader aso., leaving the pickup and the house. Maybe crop off a bit at both sides too, for thightening the composition. Also there's a slight tilt CW at the horizon. Nice try... ;o)
