Photographer’s Note
A long tradition at Fenway Park in Boston is for Red Sox fans to sign their names to the right field foul pole named in honor of a Red Sox player from the 1940's and 1950's, Johnny Pesky. How the pole exactly came to be named for him is a mystery.

Hi Matthew,
Not an image to remember for its technical content but I do like the subject and I think it was a good idea to take and share....brought a smile to my face.Amazing that there is still place to sign!Have a good day!

Great subject - an unusual sight in a major sports venue, but nice to see that the tradition continues. Good details both in the main subject & the background.

Nice shot Matthew, and a great way to show a nice tradition from your part of the world. The colour of the yellow pole against the green and dirt look good.
